Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, shipping method, and the weight or size of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Stensyx is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your claim.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
